This collection of wooden animal toys is inspired by the UAE’s diverse nature. Each of the animals that were selected carries a prominent feature that influences the UAE’s national identity. These include the Dugong, Falcon, Hawksbill Turtle, Arabian Red Fox, Arabian Horse, Saluki Dog, Oryx, and Camel. They each possess certain characteristics that enable them to live and prosper in the challenging environment of the UAE. Several of these species have also formed strong bonds with humans, including helping Bedouin people to travel and hunt in the desert.

The toys are designed to allow the child to learn about the animals, their nature, their role, and their past relationship to the bedouin people.  It also provides them with a creative experience that sparks joy and imagination.

Materials:

Every part of this collection is produced in house. The landscape is Portuguese cork and the animals and box are maple wood.
